Monitoring the Shipment Life cycle from Pick up till Delivery / Returns.
Resolution of Queries raised from client via mails / calls related to Shipment Life cycle.
Arrange bi-monthly review with client focusing on overall Improvement and other issues faced, if any.
Being able to identify the possible issues which may arise and resolving them proactively.
Act as SPOC for all clients.
Sharing Weekly MIS, Performance reports focused on Attempts TAT, Delivery TAT , and Delivery %.
Meeting client expectations and focusing on the increase in Volumes contributing to Company revenue.
A continuous improvement approach with Problem solving skills are must.
Decision making abilities with Sound Communication skills are required.
