Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to join our Logistics team in Adajan, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The Client Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

The position is full-time and requires a graduate degree. The salary range is between ₹2,00,000 and ₹3,00,000 per annum. The working hours are from 10am to 7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
