2. Screened Candidates
We held a screening test according to our client’s requirements and screen the candidates who pass the test. After that, our technical team holds interviews for those passed candidates which are judged on the requirements of the job.
3. Walk in Interviews
The highly qualified HR team and technical team of Dvdas conducts the walk in interviews for shortlisting candidates. The general grading of the shortlisted candidates is achieved on the basis of professional qualification, previous experience, professional skills, attitude, and the personality.
4. Final Interview
HR department of Dvdas then forwards the CV’s of shortlisted candidates to the corresponding company along with the remarks of our technical and HR manager. The company then decided to hire those shortlisted candidates directly or call them for a final interview in their own office.
