Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at our textile/garments store in Ghoddod Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree.

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The Store Manager should also be able to motivate and lead a team of employees.

The salary for this position is between ₹240000 and ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-8pm. Benefits as per company norms.
