Visit to customer & attend the call
To give the service visits: a. warranty b. out of warranty c. AMC
To make the service report duly signed & stamped by customer. (Warranty service Visit without charge, Out of warranty visit: chargeable)
After giving the visit follow up for PO from customer for parts quotation ref with service report.
(Store sends the parts to the customer) Provide the parts to the equipment & close the complaint. Make service report of closer of the complaint.
Commissioning of equipment at customer end.
For sale of spare parts need to coordinate with respective RO and get it dispatched through regional depot.
If the parts are not available in the local warehouse needs to coordinate with Plant for further procedure.
