Job Description
Attend direct customers on project sites and presenting them with overall details about the project (internal & external amenities, location details, costing)
Collecting referrals from existing customer, schedule and organize sales visitsand follow-up
Build-up relation with Channel Partner/brokers and follow up for customer visits
New Lead Generation - Cold Calling (Tele-Calling) to customer & schedule and organize sales visits
Attending customer calls and resolving their query and concerns
Do market survey and be aware of competition
Achieving Individual Monthly Sales Target
Document and Report in the prescribed format all customer visits and calls and follow-ups
New Business Development Initiatives
Any other tasks as assigned by the management
