Job Description

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Preparation of Profit & Loss Account
Completion of accounting entries up to Trial Balance
Ageing Analysis of Debtors & Creditors
Quarterly Physical Stocktaking at factory & its valuation.
Petty Cash maintenance
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Preparing cash flow statement
Payroll processing
Handling all compliance and filing monthly, quarterly, annual returns related to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, PF, TDS, Excise & GST returns
Preparation of monthly stock statement to Banks for CC
