Job Description
Must have five (5) years Real Estate lending experience at a financial institution, with three (3) years in a lead/supervisory capacity. The background should include Loan Officer, Underwriting, Processing, Funding and understanding the Secondary Market standards.
Must have a thorough understanding of complex loan analysis, underwriting and decision-making, and broad knowledge of financial products and services;
Thorough understanding of a complete loan submission, including analyzing credit report, income, title reports, loan documents (mortgage notes, deeds, etc.) and appraisals;
Organized and able to handle a high volume of work.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
