Job Description

Required to lead a team of sales professionals for a company.
To direct the team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales people in an organization.
To set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories.
Mentor the members of his/her sales team.
May or may not require travelling.
Candidates from oil and lubricants industry will be an additional advantage.
