Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Heavy Machinery team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of years of experience in sales and customer service.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses

• Assist with sales activities, such as preparing quotes and processing orders

• Maintain customer records and update customer information

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Assist with marketing activities, such as trade shows and promotional events

• Prepare reports and analyze sales data

• Provide administrative support to the sales team

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
