We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kadodara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Provide sales support to customers

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data

• Assist with the development of sales strategies

• Assist with the development of marketing materials

• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
