Weekly Distributor wise and area wise Primary & Secondary sales reporting to H.O
Outlet wise weekly reporting for Modern Trade to H.O
Tracking Regional and H.O various scheme/ promotion details.
Process Employees Travelling and overhead expenses of the Region
Process distributors / Vendors claims and raise P.O in SAP
Prepare annual budget for Distributors claims and overhead expenditure.
Prepare RSM monthly review meeting presentation.
Responsible FOR general administration like housekeeping, facilities, the statutory requirement of Regional office.
Maintained Regional Office petty cash expense with proper vouchers and supporting. Weekly dashboard
Petty Cash Handling
Coordinate to ASM & SO for the report to RSM
Coordinate with HO HR for various HR Related Function eg. Monthly attendance, F&F, Medical Data, Joining formality, appointment letter etc
