Job Description

Production Engineer
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Education: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Civil stream
Can articulate well with good negotiation and communication skills.
Salary: 4 lacs per annum

Ø To look after production and new products development activities and reporting to Production Head.
Ø Manage all operations to achieve production targets to meet the customer demand.
Ø Executing production plan on Shop floor as per date of Dispatch and meeting rated production target by effective managing of manpower and m/c.
Ø Look after the different grades of product ensuring quality as well as optimum batch cycle
Ø Ensure safe work & safety guidelines while working around the machines
Ø Support for scheduled & planned maintenance of process equipment
Ø Planning of batches as per requirement of packaging department
Ø Monitoring & controlling of cycle time, lead time & Process Study.
Ø Documentation as per ISO standards and follow quality policy standards.
Ø Contribute technical inputs in enhancing quality control mechanism to meet quality Standards.
Ø HAZARD Identification, Safe behavior Observation, near miss observation in Shop floor & Other Sections
Ø Support R&D team for trial of product variants
Ø Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
