HR RECRUITER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. You have to search resume .
2. Computer handling CRM Software
3. Calling handling / mail / whats app
4. You have to screen right resume as per client requirement .
5. Line - up interviews of shortlist in to company.
6. Everyday you have search resume 5-7 as per client requirement .
7.You have to do at-least 15 held calls
8.You have to search resume over database
