Need Customer Care Executive
- Handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls and record the same.
- Handle the Website Chat Portal, Whats app Support, and Phone Support
- Handle customer queries gently and politely in a professional manner.
- Should have good communication skills, can able to talk in English fluently.
- Having a good command of Excel and Word to maintain MIS reports.
- Able to work in fast-paced work culture.
- Education: Graduate in any Stream (Preferred)
Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
Total work: years (Preferred)
- Female Preferred but Male also can apply
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary - 15 k to 20 k
