must have experience in yarn texturizing factory or POY cum yarn texturizing
able to handle factory of 250+ labours
should have leadership skill and honesty
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
To monitor the production processes and reschedules the same as per shortage.
To utilize production 100% of plant as per production capacity.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return in assets.
To assists in the development of and implementation of capital plans related to production improvement or expansion.
