Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our hotel in Parle Point, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our services. The successful candidate should also be able to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should also have a 12th pass qualification and be able to work 10am-7pm.
