Job Description

Need Customer Service Representative. ( 3 am - 8 am ) Rotation shift ( 12 pm - 6 : 30 pm )

* Experience: 1 to 2 Years.
* Salary- Upto 25K (Negotiable)
* Timing: 9 to 6pm (1st & 3rd Saturday will be holiday)
* Note: 1 year Bond

*Roles and Responsibilities :
-Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail. (English Only).
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- Knowledge about Softwares like (CRM database, Aircall) Or else.
-Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
