Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interactive participation and effective communication at all stages with designers &clients
• To develop all types of samples such as Proto fit, fit sample, photo shoot sample, sales man sample, size setsetc.
• Preparing internal order sheets like costing sheet, booking sheetetc.
• Getting approvals on Sample decoding of design provided by customer or booked by sales team
• Advising & assisting production & qualitydepartment
• Giving shipping instructions & followingshipment
• Executing orders by creating fabric flows and attainingthem.
• Maintaining records of SO & productdetails
• Taking timely feedbacks from clients on sampling and providing itto the concerneddepartment.
• Coordinating production at factories to ensure timely deliveryfor profitability of thecustomer
• Coordinating with various departments of the company forensuring smooth seamless flow ofinformation
• Interactive participation at the product development stagewith designers &clients
• Checking production and qualitystandards
• Handling all clients queries and replying tothem.
• Executing orders by following up with production team on fabric flows and attainingthem.
• Coordinating with sampling department and managingsamples.
• Taking care of new developments & processingthem
• Taking timely feedbacks from clients on sampling and providing itto the concerneddepartment.
• Coordinating production at factories to ensure timely deliveryfor profitability of thecustomer
• Checking production and qualitystandards
