Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at our furniture store in Bhatar, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and relationship management.
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify customer needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem solve. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and relationship management. The annual salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹600000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am
