| Responsibilities||Making verification call regarding booking form details. Preparing and sending Welcome Letter to customers. Sending emails to customers. Preparing and sending Agreements to customers.|
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Sending Receipts to customers once the payment received.
Maintaining customers payment structure and details in excel sheet.
Preparing Demand Letters to customers as well as to Bank.
