Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at our Surat location on Ring Road. As a Company Secretary, your main responsibility will be to ensure the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, as well as resolutions of both the Board and AGM's meetings, including corporate governance practices.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background in Company Secretary and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You should have a thorough understanding of corporate governance practices and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with the Board of Directors. This is a full-time position with working hours from 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM. The salary for this role ranges from INR 480,000 to INR 720,000 per year, depending on experience.
