Job Description

Maintain data in Excel with V-lookup, Concatenate, Trim, Pivot, etc.
Preparing monthly MIS of policy cancellation.
Handling queries from all over Locations via E-Mails, Telephone, etc.
Overall monitoring of policy cancellation process to ensure timely cancellation of policies, sending of cancellation letters to customers, resolution of issues and maintenance of TAT.
Responsible for preparing closing documents after reviewing the loan documents.
Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails.
