Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Weaving Production Manager. Based in Bhatar, Surat, you will be responsible for continuously improving all weaving operations. This includes ensuring the safety of all employees, production planning, procurement, output, product quality, inventory control, and other functions related to weaving production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in weaving operations and a proven track record in driving efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. In addition, you will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
