Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Weaving Manager to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in the textile/garments industry.
The Weaving Manager will be responsible for overseeing the weaving process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the production team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the weaving process and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage the production team and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor production costs and ensure efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes
• Ensure safety standards are met
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Liaise with suppliers and customers
Requirements:
