Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing according needs of different clients
Resolving client’s complaint and escalations whenever required.
Supervise the work of office, administrative and customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
Issuing tickets and other relevant documents
Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies
Maintaining daily productivity report of agents.
Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing scheme.
