Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at our Textiles company in Laldarwaja, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Graduate degree and up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and answering any questions they may have. The Telecaller will also be responsible for setting up appointments and following up with customers.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is between ₹192000 and ₹264000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
