Job Title: Technical Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Crafting technical documents and Drafting mails.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Required Skillset:
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• The candidate should have a basic knowledge of software development life cycle.
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Salary: 10,000
Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Day: 6 working days for now, but in the near future, it will be 5 days a week for 2 weeks per month.
