- To follow and implement checklist and SOP's at every stage of construction work
- Well versed with implementing project specific quality plans for real estate residential
luxurious big size projects
- Experience of complete Construction Quality procedure with well reputed real estate group
- Ability to identify quality snag points with solutions
- Ensure that Company Quality policy is fully understood, implemented, operated & maintained
- In depth knowledge of Concrete mix design and its relevant IS codes
- In depth knowledge of construction materials and its testing procedures
- In depth knowledge of IS 456, IS 516, IS 1199, IS 10262, IS 2185, IS 13311, IS 1786, ACI,
(CAPA)
- Able to identify to raise and close NCR's to the contractor for any Non Conformity
- Having good knowledge of construction chemicals and its applications
- Able to solve day to day repercussion of quality issues at site with positive approach
- Ethical, Ability to take pressure, Good observations skills, Good analytical skills, judiciousness
6. Major technical skill set required - MS Office,
Certified ISO 9001-2015 QMS lead auditor will be added advantage (Optional)
