ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Site management:
- On-Site material management in co-ordination with main Engineer.
- Overall resource planning – Material and Labor in co-ordination with main Engineer.
- Daily Labor count / Stock count on site
- Regular curing of all RCC work
- Overall cleanliness and safety management of site.
- Flat handover Check List.
- On-Site execution work.
- Construction quality checklist.
- Ordered material checking at site.
- Co-ordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
Co-ordination with Sr. Engineer:
- On Site customer changes conveyed by Sr. Engineer and keep a check on.
- To keep in loop of Sr. Engineer as to check on the Flat handed over Check list.
Strengths:
- Excellent Leadership and Management skills.
- Ability to work hard and handle crisis situation and face challenges.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
- Self-Motivated.
- Developed specification control drawings.
Software Skills with good Experience:
- AUTOCAD.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum graduate – Civil Engineer/Diploma Civil Engineer with Experience.
- Gujarati & English command
- Good command on Excel, word

- Time management skills.
- Negotiating power.
- Communicating skills to cope up with labor & contractor
