Job Description
Maintaining relationship and rapport building with existing client and retaining them for more refer ability.
Inviting Referrals in Introductory programs, following up after introducing & closing the deal.
At the same time ensuring enough number of intro sessions.
Organising sales visits getting maximum enrolments by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance that helps them in execution.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Reviewing sales performance, maintaining minimum sales ratios-contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintaining accurate records and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers.
Mentoring sales team members.
Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance.
Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics.
Understanding of customer needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
