Job Description

Company is manufacturer of machinery
Candidate has to sale Heavy Machinery products
Min Experience - 5 yrs in Sales
Salary Range- upto 50-60k(Depends on Last drawn) + Petrol Allowances
Reporting - Once in a week (Kim, Mandvi Factory)
Area - Surat and Nearby GIDC

Candidate should have proven experience in Sales
Should be good in strategy making
Should have previous experience in Team Handling of 5-6 person
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.
