Job Description
Drive sales through key accounts and contract with new agents
Database management and Travel agency mapping
Maintain relationship with travel agents and keep updating on the product and development
Coordinate with tour operators and travel agencies regarding tour package choices and products
Handle help desk calls to answer queries of existing customers and also onboard new customers to U & I Holidays
Training of travel agents for the enrolment on services of U & I Holidays and making maximum utilization of the generated leads
Regular following up with the travel agents to create long term engagements for both the businesses.
