Job Description

Sales Executive
Job Description:
 Handle enquiries received from different sources
 Schedule meeting and action plan as per the decided target
 Identify different sources for inquiries generation and generate leads. i.e. Architects,
Builders, Trust, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels
 B2B Sales in all modular products. Follow up with customers
 Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly the sales targets
 Searching of prospecting customers and take appointments for the meeting
 Convert inquiries into leads and close the deal to fulfill targets
 Get online inquiries, mail inquiries and phone inquiries and follow up for the same to close
the deals
 Prioritized the inquiries and schedule the meetings
 Keep following leads as per requirement to get the orders
 Prepare Performa invoice as per rates and customer demand and send the same to client
 Arrange meetings in order to meet deadlines
 Visit site to get the idea about client requirement and prepare site form
 Prepare daily sales reports for new inquiries and follow up status as per company policy and
reporting to business development head
 Get work completion certificate from site owner with filling appropriate detail and inform
sales (business development) head
 Prepare required documents and conduct meeting with design and store after receiving
order
 Providing quotations, Catalogues, Samples for the selection and approval of clients
 Negotiations, follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified.
 Providing the Performa. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bond
delivery
 Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects.
 Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.
 Prepare documents with detail terms and conditions to avoid future consequences
 Avoid every oral communication and take final approval from client for project finalization
 Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance
 Get authorized signature on designs along with finalized material and color detail as decided
with clients

Job specification:
 Education: Graduate/engineeringMBA(Marketing)
 Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales with the similar industry first preference
 Skills: excellent communication skills, the skills to work both independently and as part of a
team, a positive, confident and determined approach, resilience and the ability to cope with
rejection
 Employment Type: Permanent
 Location: Surat
 Salary:15 k to 25 k
Timing: 10 to 7 pm
