Roles & Responsibilities:
 Identifying business opportunities and mapping of territory to enhance the market share.
 Meeting the prospective clients and presentation of product /services to them.
 Negotiation for the closure of the deal.
 Effectively handling the planning of Primary & Secondary Sales aiming to achieve the sales and collection targets as per the policy norms of the Company.
 Managing marketing operations & analyzing the market demand for devising strategy related to new products, price and distribution.
 Grow Wholesalers/Dealers through upselling and cross-selling.
 Ability to analyze market feedback, competitors, customer information, and plan innovative sales initiatives to counter competition.
 Ensured preparation of group budgets, reports and forecasts for organizational and corporate planning purposes.
 Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.
 Assisting Sales team in their techniques and also educating them with strategies and meeting challenges.
 Recruiting and developing new channel partners & managing distribution network, building healthy relationships with institutional and corporate clients ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
 Drive successful promotional campaigns to enhance business, planning & implementing strategies for direct marketing, timely supplies and secondary market schemes.
