Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and reps to follow
Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs

Hold and direct sales meetings
Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures
Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
