Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery manufacturing facility in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in production management.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all production activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing the production staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that all production goals are met.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The annual salary for this position ranges from ₹720000 to ₹960000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am-7pm. Benefits as per company norms will be provided.
