Talent Acquisition which includes sourcing through different mix like job portal, referral, etc, screening profiles and scheduling interviews, calling, coordination, conducting written tests, feedback gathering, salary negotiation, making offer.
MIS preparation like recruitment status tracker, open headcount, candidate tracker.
