Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kosmada, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the energy industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be able to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
