We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HR professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including hiring and recruitment, creating job descriptions and designs, planning and scheduling, onboarding and training new employees, documenting rules and regulations, and performance management. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. This position offers a competitive salary range of Rs. 4,20,000 to Rs. 6,60,000 and various job benefits.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, although equivalent work experience will also be considered. The candidate should have prior experience in HR or a related field.
