We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team at Athwa Gate, Surat. As an HR representative, your main responsibilities will include maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new employees, training and coaching our staff, and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Additionally, you will be expected to carry out necessary administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our HR department.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous. This is a full-time position with a salary range of INR 420,000 to INR 480,000 per annum.
