Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in Tantithaiya, Palsana, Surat. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR team and overseeing all HR activities from hiring to exit formalities. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits administration, and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 3,50,000 to INR 6,00,000 per annum.
