Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our furniture manufacturing facility in Adajan (Ichhapure), Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and a maximum of 7 years.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between ₹420000 and ₹550000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
