Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to employees.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is also required.

The position offers an annual salary of ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
