Calling and screening candidates on phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion.
Headhunting on social media sites like Linkedin, Facebook etc a plus
End to end recruitment management
Employee management and grievance handling.
Driving the policies as per the corporate HR.
Handling the statutory matters.
Employee Engagement activities and taking care of the welfare of the staff.
Handling the staff facilities like cafeteria, accommodation etc.
Handling the women welfare, and grievances solving if any.
