Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Financial Services company in Majura Gate, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

The position offers an annual salary of between ₹2,50,000 and ₹3,50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm.

The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
