We're looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage our company's hiring, learning and development, and employee performance programs.

You will be responsible for making strategic decisions for our organization in order to hire, develop, and retain qualified people.

➤ Responsibilities

→ Create compensation and benefit packages
→ Implement performance evaluation procedures (for example, quarterly/annualy).
→ Create equitable HR policies and ensure that employees understand and follow them.
→ Use excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
→ Determine training requirements and organize learning and development activities for all staff.
→ Monitor the HR department's budget and serve as the point of contact for labor legislation concerns.
→ Handle employee complaints
→ Set up and manage referral bonus programs.
→ Calculate the rates of staff retention and turnover.
→ Oversee the HR department's day-to-day activities.

➤ Requirements

» Work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or in a similar role is required.
» Knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
» Good knowledge of labour legislation and experience with full-cycle recruiting (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
» Leadership abilities must be demonstrated.
» Excellent communication abilities


➤ Qualification:- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar discipline is required.

➤ Experience:- 1-2 Years of experience in the related field
