Job Description

Supervision of ongoing finishing work with respect to time-bound progress, material & manpower requirement, workmanship and quality
Co-ordination with architect, contractors, undertake regular inspection with them to ensure quality
Preparing regular reports like BOQ, PO, Progress Report, Labor report, Material Management Report, DPR etc.
Ensuring all drawings, specifications and work procedures are kept up-to-date and available on site
Should handle finishing works in the assigned projects
Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage
