Job Description
Managing the defined set of accounts (B2C and B2B)
MOM promo closure and budget provision & submission on time to commercial for promo adjustments of portals
Responsible for managing operations, online pricing for various vendors on the online portals
Product cataloguing, categorizing the product in different categories
Complete Operations and execution
Coordination between various division (Marketing team - MRP change and Image change)
Manage day to day operations including processing orders, appointment request, depot/CFA coordination, vendor coordination, coordination with SCM team for stock arrangement at depot level
Manage customer requests, complains and feedback
Maintain MIS for orders
Observations and recommendations to operational issues.
Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
Listing & updating products on various sales channels.
