Job Description

Checking Invoice of Inward Material & Monitoring Proper Physical counting.
Preparing Manual GRN & attaching & filing invoice, PDI & quality reports to GRN.
Updation of inward Register & checking of security Gate entry.
Processing orders Timely
Ensuring goods are stored safely & its dispatch.
Keeping accurate records of inward & outward inventory.
knowledge of Statutory Documents (Sales Invoice, Stock Transfer Invoice, L.R. Copy, Road Permits, Consignment note etc).
Monitoring and Developing existing supply chain and planning delivery timetables.
Proper documentation regarding all dispatch regularly & sharing with concern department.
Knowledge in warehousing & Logistics.
Adherence to material/ goods loading & unloading procedures & policies .
Coordination and communication with involved parties.
Record management for all transactions/ movement of goods.
